April 24-26 2026 Friday Night Camp – Gauley Tailwaters Campground 38.214137, -80.888710 Free NPS Campground on the Gauley River Saturday SP at 0800 from camp to make it to the Go Mart in Clay by 0915. Saturday meeting location is the Go Mart at these coordinates 38.47598, -81.08413. Wheels Turning at 0930ish Approx 82 miles of Gravel and Pavement, the first part of the route will have all the creek crossings you have ever wanted. We will then meander through some of the Tour De Coalfields and past some windmills at high elevation. After re-supplying in Richwood, we will head to find camp for Saturday night along the banks of the Cranberry River. This should be a pretty chill trip with hopefully plenty of time at camp.
